Description

Monitor:

• Identifying new limestone areas and estimation of reserves identifying the new areas, exploring and estimation of reserves and recommendation for further process
• Compaction of existing mining lands, updating land purchase details Co-ordination with land departments during purchase and compaction of mining lands.  Updation of land purchase details. Digitization of all land documents.
• Complying all legal compliances for smooth operation of existing leases fulfilling all requirements of Govt Agencies. Annual Royalty & Cess audits, maintaining all records pertaining to production, royalty payments etc 
• Liasoning works related to new ML/PL or upcoming leases or existing leases as and when required Application for new ML/PL and follow up with Govt Agencies. Approval and execution of new Leases. Various additional requirements if required for smooth operation of existing leases and clearances for new leases.   

WCM:

• Implementation of 5S.

·         Development of model area.

 

Safety

• No personal injury and Motor vehicle accidents.
• Participation in First party Audit.
• Safety subcommittees and ensuring compliance to recommendations from black and red corner notices.

·     Safety Observation tours- minimum 24 individual safety observation tours and ensure minimum 24 individual safety observation tours by his direct reports..

 

Qualifications

 

M.Sc Geology

 

5-7 Years Experience
